Eat better. Feel stronger. Live well.

At ChiroKinetix, our dietitians work with you to understand your unique health needs, goals, and challenges—so you can create sustainable habits that actually work in real life. This isn’t about quick fixes or fad diets. It’s about helping your body function better, feel better, and stay better through food that fuels you.

Whether you’re dealing with gut issues, weight concerns, hormonal imbalances or you just want more energy and clarity in your day, we’re here to guide you with tailored, evidence-based advice.

Personalised care, grounded in real life

Isaac is our resident dietitian here at ChiroKinetix—bringing a practical, evidence-based approach to food and wellbeing. He takes the time to understand your lifestyle, health concerns, and cultural preferences, so your nutrition plan feels doable, not daunting.

From chronic conditions to everyday energy, Isaac’s here to help you build a healthier relationship with food that supports the way you want to live.

What Can a Dietitian Help With?

Your relationship with food matters—and it doesn’t need to feel complicated. We break it down, step by step, in a way that fits your lifestyle, culture, and preferences.

The ChiroKinetix Approach to Nutrition

You won’t find rigid meal plans or generic advice here. Our consultations are about education, clarity, and real-world strategies. We take time to listen, assess the full picture, and co-create a plan that aligns with your goals.

When needed, we also work closely with your GP, naturopath, or other health providers to make sure everything is integrated and moving in the same direction.

What to Expect

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll cover your current habits, medical history, concerns, and goals. From there, we create a nutrition plan that’s realistic and sustainable—whether it’s for symptom relief, performance, or prevention.

Follow-ups help keep things on track, answer questions, and adjust your plan as life changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

A dietitian supports your health by helping you understand how food choices affect your body, energy, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re dealing with gut issues, fatigue, weight concerns, or chronic health conditions, we offer evidence-based advice tailored to your lifestyle. It’s not about cutting everything out—it’s about knowing what works for you and why.

You don’t need a referral to see our dietitian privately. However, if you have a chronic health condition, your GP may be able to set you up with an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. This allows for a Medicare rebate on a certain number of sessions. We can help guide you through the process if you’re unsure.

Absolutely. Digestive discomfort like bloating, reflux, constipation, or symptoms of IBS can often be improved through dietary changes. Your dietitian will work with you to identify triggers, recommend food strategies, and, if needed, collaborate with your GP or naturopath to create a more comprehensive plan.

Not at all. While weight management is something we support, our scope is much broader. We help clients with hormonal health, fatigue, emotional eating, performance nutrition, and general wellbeing. It’s not about restrictive eating—it’s about sustainable changes that help you feel stronger, clearer, and more in control.

In Australia, a dietitian is a university-trained health professional who meets strict clinical and practical standards. All of our dietitians are Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs), which means they’re qualified to work with complex health issues, provide individualised care plans, and work within medical teams. The term “nutritionist” isn’t regulated, so qualifications can vary.

That depends on your goals, your body, and what we’re working on. Some people benefit from just a couple of sessions with check-ins over time, while others prefer more regular support to stay accountable and adjust their plan as life changes. At your first appointment, we’ll map out what feels realistic for you—there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline here.
