Exercise Physiologist
Graduating from the University of New South Wales, Nargis is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong passion for helping individuals improve their health, mobility and overall quality of life through evidence-based exercise intervention. She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those managing chronic and neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and women’s health.
Nargis’ special interest lies in encouraging exercise within ethnic women’s communities, empowering women from diverse backgrounds to take charge of their health in a supportive and culturally inclusive environment. Furthermore, she also has a keen interest in paediatric Exercise Physiology with a focus on promoting movement and physical well-being in children to support their growth, development and long-term health. With a client-centered approach, she strives to create personalised and sustainable exercise programs tailored to individual needs, fostering confidence, strength and overall well being.
Beyond her work in Exercise Physiology, Nargis has a creative and detail-oriented side shown through her appreciation for event aesthetics and floral design.
