Psychologist

Connor completed the Master of Clinical Psychology program at the Australian National University (ANU), Canberra. Connor believes that a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients is foundational to a positive experience in therapy. He aims to provide his clients with a sense of safety to explore topics and themes in transparent and honest ways, and approaches therapy with a non-judgemental and welcoming nature.

Connor has experience working therapeutically with older adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related difficulties. Connor has training in cognitive behavioural therapies, including standard CBT, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
